Deco Mesh and More Summer Wreath

Well, I should have titled this "End of Summer Wreath"
since it has taken this project all summer to work it's way to
the top of the "to do" list.  Having company puts a fire under
me to get things done finally... and a lot of families ARE
making final trips to the beach before the kids go back to school.

This quick and easy wreath starts with a base of tan deco mesh.

(For complete directions how to make the base, click on

Then a layer of burlap from Michael's was added.

Using the "open arms" of the pipe cleaners, make loops of
burlap on top of the deco mesh.

You could stop with the burlap layer before adding the sea items
if you wanted to but I had found this window pane deco mesh
that reminded me of fishing net so it got looped on the wreath also.

After you have added your final layer of mesh or burlap,
pull the pipe cleaners to the back of the wreath.

Because I want to reuse this wreath for other occasions,
I did not glue the sea items on but attached them with wire.

After the wreath got up on the door, the gold wire bothered
me so I painted it white to be less noticeable.

The three layers of meshes and burlap made the
wreath have interesting dimension.

The wreath was put together really quickly.
If I had taken more time, I could have fine-tuned it more but
it looks fine from a few feet away (and most folks are going
to see it from the street anyway).

also got re-used for last minute "company's coming" decorations.

Poor thing has had most of it's pretty decorations taken off for
other decorating this summer. The tiny plant in the center is a
bonsai azalea that my daughter sent me for Mother's Day.

Because a lot of folks who visit us come in the back door
through the carport, I wanted to make that area attractive
too so added "lovable leftovers" to decorate the baker's rack.

Homemade starfish that are "not quite right" and plastic
sea items from Dollar Tree got painted white for bottle toppers.

The green bottles are ones that didn't make it back up to the

The starfish that got attached to a foam base with shells glued
on look like ballerinas to me so I think of them as
"Dancing Starfish".

Thanks for looking at my late summer decorating...maybe it
will give you some ideas to use for NEXT summer!

  8. Physicians regularly utilize medicines (intravenous glutathione and also NAC) to enhance liposomal glutathione degrees in important illnesses like acetaminophen overdose, and also serious liver failure. No noticeable increases in glutathione were seen in the blood in one released dental glutathione expert test, also after subjects consumed considerable dosages of dental glutathione.
